Identifying talent is a highly specialised skill, and recognising young players with the potential to progress within the game presents significant challenges.
This course is designed to build upon the foundations developed through the Introduction to Talent Identification in Football, as well as any subsequent learning undertaken. It aims to enhance your ability to effectively recognise and assess talent within the game.
Participants will be introduced to the core principles of scouting, including match reporting, building and maintaining professional relationships, and analysing performance in relation to long-term potential.
The course will also explore more advanced scouting strategies and provide guidance on the effective management of the talent identification environment within a football club.
