West Ham United Foundation is based at purpose built facilities at 60a, Albatross Close, off Woolwich Manor Way, London E6 5NX.

The Beckton facility provides both office accommodation for the Foundation and artificial all-weather pitches for its various coaching and community activities. These pitches are also available for hire by the public.
In addition to offices and pitches, the site also provides dressing rooms, a fitness room, IT suite and spacious car parking.
