Details:	Take your game to the next level by trialling for a place on the West Ham United Foundation’s Player Development Pathway. Our pathway is designed to offer players of all levels a structured opportunity to grow, develop and progress under the guidance of experienced coaches within a professional club environment. The pathway is made up of three progressive tiers: Technical Development Centres (TDC) – Entry Tier A great starting point for players showing potential and passion for the game. TDC offers tailored coaching in a positive learning environment, focused on core skills and fundamental development. Development Squads (DS) – Invite Tier Designed for players demonstrating advanced technical ability and game understanding. Players train and compete in a more challenging setting, with closer alignment to performance targets. Performance Squads – Higher Tier The top tier of our pathway, for high-performing players who consistently excel. This level involves the most competitive fixtures and exposure to high-standard coaching. All players attending the trial will be placed into one of these three tiers based on their performance and potential. These trials are not about pass or fail — they are about finding the right environment to support each player’s development journey.
