Details:	Female Player Pathway Trials for 2024/25 Season. Under 12's for next season. Year 6 and Year 7 in September 2024. Trials will take place with players receiving potential offers into WHUF Female Player Pathway programmes for the 2024/25 season, We understand that you eagerly anticipate feedback from the trials. While we would love to provide individual feedback to each player, unfortunately, due to the volume of participants, we are unable to do this. Parents will receive an email to state if their child was successful or not. Those that are Successful will receive information to which tier they have been selected for. (Please see below for overview of our player pathway tier system). Those that are unsuccessful should not be discouraged and we encourage them to trial again at the next trials. Info for future trials will be advertised through our mailing list and social media pages. This will give your child another opportunity to showcase their ability. Places within our Performance Squads are confirmed for a full season. Emerging Talent Centres and Technical Development Centres run for 10-week blocks. Movement between the pathway tiers is possible and reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Coaches are continually assessing participants. Overview of our Female Player Pathway Programmes 3 tiers; Performance Academy (squads) - Weekly JPL fixtures - Two training sessions per week - Full WHUF training and match kits Emerging Talent Centre (squads) - Showcase fixtures - One training session per week - WHUF kit – Extra Cost Technical Development Centre - Weekly training sessions - High ball-rolling time - Showcase fixtures All sessions across pathway are led by UEFA licensed coaches in line with specific coaching syllabus
