Course Type:	Female Player Pathway Trials
Details:	Player Pathway Trials for 2023/24 Season. Under 13's Squad for next season. Year 7 and Year 8 in September 2023. Trials will take place with players receiving an offer for the 2023/24 season, this will not affect the current 2022/23 season squads. Each player will receive an offer email which will indicate the next steps of the process, due to the scale of the trials we will not be able to provide in depth personal feedback. All players are offered a place within the Player Pathway which will allow ourselves to work with players and develop a more in-depth understanding of the individual. Places within the pathway are confirmed for a full season and movement between the pathway tiers is possible but based on a case by case basis to match the players involved needs. No Players are guaranteed to progress up the pathway with all players receiving professional training and the environment to grow and become the best player/person they can be. Timeline for update following trial will be three working weeks from the trial date and will be via email using the contact provided upon sign up. Overview of Player Pathway Four tiers; Youth Teams (squads) - Weekly JPL fixtures - Two training sessions per week - Full WHUF training and match kits Performance Academy (squads) - Weekly JPL fixtures - Two training sessions per week - Full WHUF training and match kits Emerging Talent Centre (squads) - Showcase fixtures - One training session per week - WHUF kit Technical Development Centres - Weekly training sessions - High ball-rolling time All sessions across pathway led by UEFA B - Level 2 licensed coaches in line with specific coaching syllabus.
