Advanced Hammers Pathway is a development programme for boys and girls aged U10–U16, delivered by the West Ham Foundation. Designed for players demonstrating advanced potential, the sessions include a high-level training environment focused on long-term player development.
Players will take part in physical testing, position-specific sessions, and game-realistic practices designed around themed topics linked to the principles of play. The sessions support technical, tactical, physical, and psychological development, helping players progress within a challenging and supportive setting aligned with the values and identity of West Ham United foundation.
As part of the programme, participants will also take part in an exciting new nutrition workshop. This will be a practical, hands-on session where players will learn about the benefits of different food groups and how to fuel their bodies effectively before and after training sessions and match days. Participants will also have the opportunity to prepare and cook their own meal for the day, helping them apply their learning in a fun, engaging, and memorable way.
